I received a letter not intended for me

Are you, or do you not know the person for whom the letter is intended? The letter received may be for a previous resident.

What can you do?

If this person is still registered at your address, there is a good chance that we or other organizations will get back to you later. Therefore, check with your municipality if this person is still registered at your address.

We kindly ask you to leave the received letter in the envelope and return it to us, how to do:

• Using pen, cross out the address information.
• Write on the envelope (or card) “Departed – Return to sender.
• Put the mail in an orange mailbox or drop it off at a PostNL location. Then let us know by phone or in writing that the person in question does not live at the address known to us.
