I have already paid

Have you already paid and still get letters or emails from us? There could be several reasons for this.
  • Processing a payment on file can sometimes take a while. The letter may have been sent while your payment had not been processed at that time. To be sure, please contact us or send us a copy of the proof of payment. Mention your file number. You can do that by email at info@bosveld.nl.
  • The outstanding balance stated in the letter is the outstanding balance at the time of writing. This balance then excludes any additional bailiff fees still incurred. Because of this, there may still be an amount outstanding in your file.
  • Your payment was made under the wrong file number or to the wrong account number.
