I received a reminder or reminder

You will receive a reminder/dunning letter as a reminder of an amount you have not yet paid. This amount should have been paid by a set date. You may have to pay for a reminder/dunning letter. These charges apply from the day you receive the reminder/dunning letter.

What can I do?

You are not obligated to speak to us, but this may help to reach a solution. It is best to still pay immediately after receiving a reminder/dunning letter. This avoids expensive court proceedings. You can directly transfer the amount safely and quickly through your own bank using IDEAL. You can also transfer the amount to us through the bank. Our bank account number is Rabobank IBAN no. NL07RABO0162446217 in the name of Bosveld Incasso en Gerechtsdeurwaarders in Amersfoort. Always include your case number in the description. The case number is in all our letters and emails.

After receiving this reminder, can I pay later or make a payment arrangement?

Can’t pay the whole amount at once? Then you can request a payment arrangement. To make a payment arrangement, we will ask you for information to assess the request.

Are you unable to keep your made payment arrangements? Please call us as soon as possible on 033 – 47 00 000 to find a solution together. If you do not contact us on time and do not keep the payment arrangement, it will expire and you will not be able to make a new payment arrangement.
