You will receive a reminder/dunning letter as a reminder of an amount you have not yet paid. This amount should have been paid by a set date. You may have to pay for a reminder/dunning letter. These charges apply from the day you receive the reminder/dunning letter.
What can I do?
You are not obligated to speak to us, but this may help to reach a solution. It is best to still pay immediately after receiving a reminder/dunning letter. This avoids expensive court proceedings. You can directly transfer the amount safely and quickly through your own bank
After receiving this reminder, can I pay later or make a payment arrangement?
Can’t pay the whole amount at once? Then you can request a payment arrangement. To make a payment arrangement, we will ask you for information to assess the request.
Are you unable to keep your made payment arrangements? Please call us as soon as possible on 033 – 47 00 000 to find a solution together. If you do not contact us on time and do not keep the payment arrangement, it will expire and you will not be able to make a new payment arrangement.
